Seller Has decied to not sell item afternive paid

Help, I won an auction on an item and paid straight away. This was almost a week ago. They have now today told me that they don't want to sell it at the price I won the auction at and wanted double. Ive already paid, they haven't mentioned a refund. What can I do to get my money ASAP
