I purchased a car the pictures were tampered with the seller claimed only grill and 2 light damaged when it arrived after Paying £200 into the guys account and didnt want to go through ebay and had to pay the remainder into his account. the car was a mess i complained, and asked for a refund, he said i have to cancel the sale for him to refund me, i told him i was not happy with this, he said it was the only way. i did and now he has had the full amount of fees back and i cannot warn other people about this ebayer. i cannot find any way of telling Ebnay that this ebayer is ripping them of
