Order paid and disappeared

I have ordered an item on 10 July, paid,  received the email confirmation about the estimated delivery date was on the 16th but never arrived and it is showing the following message when i try to track it. Order also dissappeared from my purchase history.

If the order cannot be found in your Purchase History you may have made a ' Guest Purchase'  and for this,  your eBay account is not used.

This will explain how to pull up details of the order and how to open a case if you need to at a later date.
