Refund issued

I received an email from Ebay which says "Refund issued for order 17-13192-62551", on 19 Jun 2025. In my account it is saying that the money is still pending.

How long does the issued refund take to process?

It depends on your funding source.

A bank funded payment may take 4 - 7 days to appear back in your bank account, a credit card funded payment may take up to 30 days to appear back on your statement.

It was refunded through my PayPal, back into my Chase account which I originally used for the transaction.

The money will go back into my account? It's not a ploy by the seller to scam me? I don't have much experience with refunds from Ebay, this is my first one.
