Entering a collection code after a delay

Hi I sold an item in March the buyer paid at the time but has only just collected. They have messaged me the collection code but I can’t find where to scan or input the number on the item. Does this facility expire after a certain time ?

I beileve you only get 10 days.   If the payment has not been released contact ebay about it.  You can request a callback on here:
