Im having issues with ebay - on two occasions now ive had an item listed with a buy it now price and a low starting auction price. However ive had buds below the starting price and they've been automatically accepted and the auction closed. I've raised it with Ebay but im trying to get an update and can't get hold of anyone.
The help topics are useless and there don't seen to be any agents available - i had one message saying I'd called outside tgeur operating hours, and another saying there were no agents available- whats going on?
