Didn’t get the collection code

Just sold an item but my husband didn’t get the collection code and the buyer is ignoring my request for it. Is there anything I can do. I’ve got texts confirming collection arrangements.

You should  not release a collection item without the code.

If you did you will have to wait for payment and hope the buyer doesn't claim they didn't get the item.
