Adding packaging costs into Simple Delivery

How do I add in my (small) cost for packaging materials into Simple Delivery?  I can't find reference to this anywhere on the site.

Thanks so much for responding.  Yes - that's easy to do and I'll try it that way.  I was just concerned not to make the cost of my items too high before they have to then add the postage cost on top.
