What does it say in your Purchase History does it say PAY NOW, or does it register a payment? You can screenshot this, to send in a message to the seller.
The seller may be new , or a returning seller, so payouts are held for longer.
They should have received a message that , ' Buyer Has Paid and to send item' , even if the payout has not come through.
