I am trying to list a presentation set of 6 teaspoons, a jam spoon and a butter knife. The listing keeps getting rejected because I haven't selected an age verified delivery option. It would seem that this option is not available to me. I understand from other other users that only business accounts can use age verification delivery yet there are a number of other sets for sale on Ebay that are being sold by private users.
I can't seem to get around this and it is frustrating that I can't speak to anyone at Ebay about this. Does anyone have a resolution to this problem. Many thanks.

Read about it, I do not believe it is restricted to business sellers.

Many thanks for coming back to me - much appreciated. I had read those articles and summised that it is possible to sell the item but I apparently need to chose an age verified delivery option and I don't seem to be able to do that. Other users are having the same problem apparently.

Have you watched the little video on the link provided above , it shows how to add age verification on a listing.

I found on another post that I had to select a category that said cutlery and then that allowed me to select age verification in the postage options. So all good now. Thank you.

Excellent, glad it's sorted, and I will bear that nugget of information in mind, very useful, as many find themselves with this issue!
