Listing is blocked because of Immediate payment and Collection Only option

Hi,

I am trying to sell a heavy/fragile item for the first time and generally I think I have a preference of immediate payment (although I can't find where this is set up) with collection only.

To my surprise the auction is blocked apparently you cannot do this.

I cannot find out how to make a change in this case so that the auction can go live over this weekend.

Does anyone have any experience? Ebays 'help' just sends me round in circles....

You can't ask for immediate payment for an auction item, only buy it now.

Most items can be sold as collection only - what are you trying to sell though?

The issue may be with the item rather than the 'collection only'.

Immediate payment does not apply to auction items, only BIN.

How can someone pay with a bid.

All collection items have to be paid via ebay now.

Buyer brings code, you don't allow them to collect without it.
