Balance

I logged on to the app today and the balance had disappeared.

When I logged onto the desktop website my balance shows £0.00

Upto yesterday I had a positive balance. 

Obviously, the ebay app wants you to web chat and this doesn't deal with my query. 

Any ideas?

Many will be seeing a zero eBay Balance,  or a payout received today, that's because any payouts not manually withdrawn, will be automatically sent to your bank account on the first Tuesday in January,  April,  July and October.

Had me fooled this morn!

Thanks so much. I know this is a new process for ebay to hold payments but I didn't realise they automatically were paid out to us, thought I had to request withdrawal. 

Upto yesterday I had quote a positive balance and was a little concerned when it had disappeared!

It's a bit of both, for most of the time there is manual withdrawal and then there is a quarterly sweep of unclaimed balances.

It had me puzzled as to  why I received an auto payout today as I wouldn't be rushing to withdraw a sum that hadn't reached £4,   but if you do not withdraw any available payouts before the first Tuesday of Jan, April, July, October,  it's automatically sent to you.

I received a message last week telling me the payment would  be made today, assumed everyone would be notified.
