Hiii! I was wondering if you could take down my one bad review as it doesn’t make sense, they just left it there out of spite because I wouldn’t sell the item to them the way they wanted because they were trying to scam me. I still have this item as it ups on my listings rn, so I couldn’t have possibly scammed him. This bad review has been extremely harmful to my listings, id appreciate it if you could remove it ebay please otherwise I’d have to switch to another site. Thanks.

No one here can remove the feedback, and eBay do not come to this forum to see your request. I will show you how to contact Customer Services later, as the buyer has mentioned the word scam, and such name calling is not allowed.
However, what exactly happened? Why did you not wish to sell to this buyer? This could impact the removing or leaving of that feedback if there was no good reason not to sell here.
If you wish to contact CS, and I strongly recommend contacting CS 8 a.m. on a weekday when the lines open for ' live agents' as then, there's more chance of Dublin answering.
This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.
https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/eua?id=5275&mkevt=1&mkpid
Lines open 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. on weekdays
9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.
Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.
It's not easy to get through to CS, you just have to have perseverance! Instead of a quick option, 'Contact Us' which put you direct to a CS agent, you have to scroll past ' How Can We Help you today, to the very bottom and click on the Contact Us below Need More Help?
That takes you to an annoying AI bot but if you persevere keep asking questions it cannot answer and Insist on an agent, they do finally put you through and say .... waiting time ** minutes!

adding to the advice already given -
If the buyer reports the false positive you left them it will damage your account.

Having read @plpmr post I had a look at the false positive you left @zoda1992 .
Whilst anger and frustration are normal feelings and reactions on receiving what you feel is an undeserved feedback, setting aside you have breached policy rules, no red ' dot' facility for buyers does indicate you cannot leave bad feedback for buyers.
Your feedback shows potential buyers how you as a seller deals with problems.
It doesn't look good for you , and I'm sure many now will think twice from buying from what they can see is a seller who will not reach out and help, should an issue arise with a transaction.
It might even harm your pleas to CS to remove that negative.

You have collection only on your listing.
Hopefully this is a tangible item, not a digital one, because when your item is bought and paid for the buyer will receive a collection code which they'll give to you when they come to collect. If you don't have that collection code then you have no proof that the buyer really has their item, and they can get a full refund.
