Issues with speedpak?

Hey guys just wondering if anyone had a similar experience or any advice but I recently checked out as guest and had purchased an item which was delivered by speedpak, the item says ‘delivered’ but there’s no parcel, I can’t find which carrier delivered the package since I only have the speekpak tracking number and the seller is ignoring my messages asking to confirm if it was evri or Royal Mail, any idea on what I should do? It’s been a couple weeks (I’m new to buying on here and the gift was for my partner and it was a little pricey so it’s been stressing me out 😞 )

Well you could have done exactly what I did, use google, I would point out that if you bought as a guest, if you are messaging the seller as fiomon, he will have no idea who you are, as he will have no sale to that ID.
