Fake Watch and Cant Contact Ebay

I was sent a fake watch. I requested a return, and they sent me a postage label for Royal Mail. 
I have the reciept but they are saying it has not tracked. Royal Mail can't find it either.
Contacted Paypal, but they won't step in. Ebay now says case closed.

What can I do as it was £210

If you contacted PayPal presumably opening a case there,  then yes,  the eBay case will close, because it looks like you are after 2 refunds.

They are separate companies.  You should  have stuck with eBay know asking PayPal for assistance you needed to pursue the matter with them , not eBay.
