ITEM NOT DELIVERED

I ordered 2 shirts from a seller since April 2025 and the items were not delivered. I reached out to him, he first admitted it was sent back to him and so he will resend. He later claimed he sent it and after a while claimed it was delivered showing evident of the delivery which I never received till date. 

What are my options on getting either what I ordered or my refund

I'm afraid none.

You have waited Far too long for any refund from eBay or your payment provider.

eBay have a 30 day MBG Money back Guarantee policy you are guaranteed a full refund for items not received but you have to claim within that 30 day timeframe.

Never leave it this long 8 months to claim !

Aaah that's a shame, but as said, too late for this item to be refunded by eBay or you payment provider.

However,  you say in your first post, seller has ' shown evidence of delivery'.

What was the evidence your seller provided that the item was delivered?  Was it tracking?  Have you asked neighbours and household members,  April was a long time back, maybe someone took in your item and has forgotten to tell you.
