Good afternoon, can't seem to find a way of talking to customer services 😕 I have sold a few things on here but I keep being charged for the postage labels even though it states on my listing that the buyer pays for the label? It seems both the myself and the buyer are being charged? Some one help please 🙏

Are you using Simple Delivery postage?  Then,  you are not being charged,  the buyer pays , but they pay eBay not you.

You will see how all the deductions and payouts are made to you, shown in your Payment tab top of your Overview page,  or check your transactions with this link below....

You should not be buying labels.

When you open sold items in your 'orders', you need to choose 'get a label' to open the Simple Delivery label which the buyer has paid for.
