I am interested to know which couriers people use for international orders. I recently sent a order to Canada and I used Parcel 2 go and shipped with Evri. It was only after I booked and paid the shipping I received an email stating they needed my customers email address so they could pay the duty in advance. Of course eBay don't allow you to have your customers email address , so the sale turned into a bit of a pain for a low value item.
So I am interested to know how other sellers navigate this, and which courier would you recommend - at a reasonable price!
I may have a heavy (between 5 - 10KG) parcel to ship to Germany, and i really do not want a repeat of the Canada fiasco.!
