Same QR code used for two parcels

Hello,

 

We sold two separate items to the same buyer and posted them individually. Unfortunately, we mistakenly used the same QR code on both parcels.

 

Because of this error, only one payment was completed. The second QR code expired and payment was never processed, even though both items were sent and received by the buyer.

 

We are seeking advice on how this can be corrected so the outstanding payment can be recovered or the transaction adjusted correctly.thanks

Same QR code used for two parcels

The QR code expiring shouldn't affect a payment, it doesn't result in a refund back to the buyer unless they open an item not received claim.

 

Has your buyer received both items?
