I am looking for a bit of advise. I just recently had a buyer make a claim against me for a lost package. I issued a full refund on 01/01/2026 and now want to make a claim on the lost item. I purchased postage from Ebay for second class Royal Mail, my problem is how do I make a claim do I have to contact Royal Mail or Ebay as postage was purchased via them. Any help would be much appreciated. Many Thanks
