Sending item to a different address

Buyer has finally paid for item but is asking that I send to a different address to one showing on their account as it’s an old one…can’t find any advice as to how to proceed?

You need to post to the address that shows when they paid,and if its a different address the buyer wants you to post to, then you would loose seller protection.
Best the buyer updates there address in there account,you cancel the sale relist and advise the buyer to buy again once there address change has been completed.

Thanks I’ve cancelled the order as really don’t trust the buyer.

If you don't want the buyer to buy from you again you can add them to your blocked bidder list here,
