Buyer wishes to return item

I accepted the buyer's wishes and requested a label from eBay. It has not been received  and now ebay has closed the request.  How can I contact ebay  to get a postage label and that the person is refunded 

Any ideas ?

If the case has closed it cannot be reopened so another label cannot be supplied via ebay.    If the buyer still wants to send it back they can pay the postage and you can reimburse them when you receive the item.    That's assuming the item was not described correctly.    If it's "change of mind" they are supposed to pay the postage themselves anyway.
