Need some advice,
I sold an item on the 10th of December, dispatched on the 13th. Then buyer messaged me yesterday the 15th saying they haven’t received the parcel or a card which I looked on the tracking and says been attempted.
Following day 16th, it’s happened again so I check again, tried to contact parcelforce and its robot on the other end and says same thing as online.
I’ve made a complaint on parcelforce so now got to wait, so what do I do in this situation where it hasn’t happened before.
