I’m looking for advice regarding a refunded order.
The item was initially marked as delivered,but i couldn't find the item at pick up point, so eBay processed a refund automatically. However, the item later arrived, and I genuinely want to pay the seller for it.
I contacted the seller, but they advised me to refer back to eBay. I’ve also struggled to find a direct customer service phone number.
What is the correct process in this situation? Can the original transaction be reopened, or would the seller need to create a new listing/invoice for repayment?
Any help would be appreciated.
