Refund

Hi details of case saying that I received refund on Apple Pay (which I paid polish card) at 11 April, but I did check y bank statement and there is no refund, the case is close, where I should look for a help in that case ???

Refunds are not always instant and do go back to original payment source.

For example paying with a credit card can take up to 30 days to appear back in that card account.

I do not know the timeline for receiving a refund back , made from  a Polish Apply Pay  payment, but this too,  could be 30 days.

how I should contact with eBay ? As only what is shown it’s the case is close and money was refunded … no more option to contact .
