Purchased a Mickey and Minnie nutcracker from America they arrived a Minnie is damaged she’s a hole in her chest and a part is broken inside the arm so the arm cannot be attached. It’s a hassle to post one back then find another seller to get the Minnie paying a lot on vat and postage again is it possible to get part refund and will keep them I can see if can glue the arm in place
