Two things might be happening here.
One is that you made some purchases as ' Guest Purchases', if so, your eBay account was not used, and nothing will show there.
Or, you have not adjusted the period to view. Top right of the Purchase page go to See orders: All and from drop down menu there, adjust the period you wish to view.
If using the app or mobile browser, switch to a laptop / PC, use Chrome, and try from there.
