Possible fraud

Hi,

On the 8th December, 2025 I ordered a Jellycat Keyring.  The estimated date of arrival was between the 12th and 24th December.  As of yet it has still not arrived.  The most worrying thing is that when I've tried to go through Ebay to track it, its saying that there is no order!  I also can't contact the seller.  My point is, is that if it has been sold fraudulently I need to contact Ebay, however, there doesn't appear to be any categories on the website that allows me to do this, and because its saying there's no order it won't let me go any further!  It didn't cost a fortune but that's not the point, do I now need to contact my bank?  Can anybody advise me further? Thank you.

Did you use a different account, eg. if you log in via Google it can start another account.   If so you may be classed as "guest" buyer.   Here's more info:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/buying/returns-refunds/returning-item/returning-items-bought-guest?id=40...

Or log out, clear cookies, and log into the other account, if there is one.

If you need to contact ebay click on the help link at the top of any page.    Select any topic (doesn't have to be the right one)  then scroll down to Contact Us.   Get to automated assistant and put in the question box Can I speak to an agent?    Repeat until they pass you to a real person.    The mornings may be better for getting through.
