Evening all!
I bought an item and selected EVRI delivery and an address included in the available lost for EvRi. Unfortunately, the address selected (local convenience store) doesn't accept EvRi packages. So my item as been returned to sender and the eBay delivery status stuck as in progress. EvRi shows the package as delivered (it been delivered back to sender). So.... we're stuck. I can't cancel the order nor can I change the post address and update for the seller. Help!

If the seller has received their item they should cancel the order citing ' Problem with Buyer's Address' this will fully refund you, and it will not impact on their seller performance.
They can then relist the item for you to buy again.
I would strongly suggest if you do buy this item or any other, not to use Click and Collect as this is causing the issue, but to ensure your delivery address is correct which is showing on the left hand side when you pay at eBay checkout.
