There is no mention of minimum spend in relation to £5 off for using App.This poor customer service as other retailers Amazon eg give you gift for using app no purchase necessary It is almost impossible to contact a human at eBay now without jumping through hoops better off using Amazon now

I have a vague idea that I saw a minimum spend figure of £50.
You have to download the app, select your item and then it should take £5 off at checkout.

I agree it doesn't show on T&C, but ebay messages state £50.

Check your ebay messages, unread and deleted,
It is on there.
Ebay won't apply it after you paid or refund you.

I won’t be using the offer anyway but I certainly have not received any messages with minimum purchase details.I would contact eBay customer services but that is nigh on impossible trying to speak to someone
