'Simple Delivery'

I'm selling a Buy it Now item for £3.65. It's letter sized and easy to replace, so I just want to send it ordinary second class Royal Mail and am happy to accept the risk of it getting lost. The message about Changes to Postage rates on 7th May said Simple Delivery wouldn't be compulsory on letter sized items priced below £10, but when listing there is no way I can see of opting out of Simple Delivery, with the cheapest way being offered to me priced at £2.70, or £2.72 if I exclude Evri, which obviously I would. The method suggested by Tressygirl doesn't work on Chrome on my laptop.

Any suggestions - apart from the obvious one of quitting selling on eBay?

Is it literally letter size?  Because it doesn't work with large letter.   Having said that I don't think the letter size opt-out is working at the moment anyway.  eBay are supposed to be fixing it.

Also not all sub-categories are eligible.   In FAQs on here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/sellercentre/postage/simple-delivery?targetgroup=C2C
click on "Which listings aren't required to use Simple Delivery?"
