When I select Inventory from the Listings menu I get the following message:
“Something is wrong, Please try again.”
So, I am unable to access Inventory
Using the “automated assistant” does not provide any help.
Does anybody have any ideas as to what is the cause of this problem?

Unfortunately the supposed automated assistant (AI) is about as much use as a chocolate teapot. So you do right to ask here as we are humans and not automated!
I can access that page you mention on my desktop, on chrome, so I can only suggest, the usual things like clearing your cache and cookies and possibly trying another web browser, (I don't know what your "poison" is at present.) However Chrome seems to work the best along with Firefox. If non of those work come back and we can see if one of us can assist you further.

@evans1962blue yes, I have exactly the same issue on Windows 11 with Edge. Try this longer url which has some additional parameters set: https://www.ebay.co.uk/sh/invt?limit=50&offset=0&searchKey=productName&sortField=NAME&sortOrder=DESC. It should work but will probably show zero items but just enter something in the search box and they are all there.
The problem is possibly related to this issue: https://community.ebay.co.uk/t5/Business-Seller-Board/Unable-To-List-From-Inventory-For-Over-A-Month... which has been ongoing for months. The fact that they've broken something else as well may be a sign that they're finally working on that. It seems to happen a lot that they fix one thing but break another in the process. I'll update that thread and tag Kat.

There is an open ticket with tech for this issue with accessing the inventory page. I have added your account to the ticket. Once they is a further update on the fix I will let you know.

I will be trying to access my account via an alternative to Windows Edge in the near future.
In the short-term to url provided by rainbowtrax does work so I have a way of keeping Inventory up to date.
