Flagging this again as I haven't so far managed to get anywhere with this issue which started the first week of July. The problem is with the Inventory feature which comes with Featured and Anchor shop levels.
Currently we have over 10,000 listings saved in the inventory on this account and the same on our other account @rainbowjam but are unable to list using these saved templates due to an ongoing tech issue caused by ebay attempting to update the listing tool.
Every item in the Inventory just throws up an error message when you submit the listing (see below):
While waiting for updates on this issue, I've done some more digging and the issue seems to be caused by the price section of the listing form which now looks like this when you pull up a listing from the Inventory:
When you create a new listing, that section looks like this (which is how it should be):
The issue seems to be the wrongful addition of this box:
The Inventory feature is only available to registered business sellers as it's only available with Featured or Anchor shops for which you need a business account. But this box seems to refer to the private seller only Buyer Protection which will never apply to Inventory listings. If you leave this misplaced box blank then you get the error message in my first image and can't complete the listing.
If you enter the Buy It Now price in this box as well as in the Item Price box then it immediately removes the price from the Item Price box and gives this error message instead:
If you then reenter the price in the Item Price box then it immediately rermoves it from the Buyer Will Pay box again so you're back to square one and unable to list the item:
kat@ebay marco@ebay dave@ebay please could one of you take a look at this and escalate it to the relevant department to be fixed as we've been unable to submit thousands of saved listings for the last month and haven't yet been able to get any acknowledgement of the issue from ebay. Thanks very much.

Hi @rainbowtrax,
I appreciate your patience on this. Tech have provided an update to confirm it has been resolved. Can you check to see if it is resolved from your side.
Thank you,

Hi kat@ebay
It's still working fine for listing from the Inventory but the latest tech issue with it is that you can no longer save listings in bulk to it. You should be able to select all on the Active Listings page (so a max of 200 listings) then select "Save to inventory" from the Actions dropdown.
Over the last few weeks, the number of listings it will work with has been steadily decreasing. A couple of months ago, you could select the max of 200 and it would work fine. Now it's down to only accepting 10 listings at a time. If you try to bulk save 11 listings (or any greater number) it just throws up the error message below.
Checked on two different selling accounts so I'm guessing it's site-wide. Please could you flag this with tech. Thanks.

Hi @rainbowtrax ,
Thank you for your post.
Can I confirm your browser details for the report? Previously you were using Edge with Windows 11? Is this still the case?
Thank you,
Kat

Hi @rainbowtrax ,
Thanks for following up. I understand its frustrating waiting for it to be resolved. Some issues can be more complicated and there can be different factors involved for the tech team in applying the resolutions. I'll give it a push from my side to see if we can get an further update on the fix.
Thank you,
Kat

Hi again kat@ebay . I think they may be working on it as another issue has now started. The links to Inventory in Seller Hub have stopped working and just throw up a red error message, "Something is wrong, Please try again." The url it's failing to get to is https://www.ebay.co.uk/sh/invt but if you extend it to https://www.ebay.co.uk/sh/invt?limit=50&offset=0&searchKey=productName&sortField=NAME&sortOrder=DESC then it works - although it initially shows zero items so you have to use the search box to bring anything up.
This issue is new today. Also reported here: Re: Unable to access Inventory - UK eBay Community by @evans1962blue .

Hi @rainbowtrax ,
Yes that one was flagged with tech on Thursday so we will add anyone that reports it on the community to the ticket. They are working to resolve it as soon as possible.
Thank you,
Kat
