Seller sold defective phone but not admitting

Hi seller sold me a phone with a defective volume up button that doesn’t work but when I told him he replied we have sent a perfectly working phone and not admitting that he has sold a faulty phone so he can say to eBay buyer making a false claim and can’t leave nagative feedback or feedback can be removed from eBay

As long as your feedback comment doesn't breach eBay it won't get removed.

Re: Seller sold defective phone but not admitting

I will open a return request but my point is what should I do that a seller don’t remove my feedback or eBay don’t remove my feedback

Wait until you have your refund then consider feedback.  Short and accurate usually sticks.
