I made an offer which was accepted on a black kettle. Item is in my basket to pay. Contacted seller as saw in a few pics the item was not black but grey. Seller confirmed it was actually grey and they described it wrong and used a picture of a black kettle off the makers website amongst other pics of the box. I don't want a grey kettle but can't get rid of item from basket - seller telling me to cancel but there's not an option to do that
