I dont want to cancel my list. I want my list back which is removed

Unless the listing is in your Unsold section, you won't be able to simply relist it.

Ah, I see that you may be asking about a multi quantity listing that is now out of stock.

Once the listing has ended, unless you have the out of stock feature enabled that listing is now ended along with all of the sales history.

For future listings, you should enable the out of stock feature in your Seller Preferences:
