Cheat bids

Recently lost out on items where I was winning bidder for few days by a huge amount only for them to use a bot and for me to loose by 1p that literally went on in the last second. 

why don't eBay stop this

The only way you can be beaten by a member using a sniping tool is if the bidder offers a higher amount than you.

If you had bid more than anybody else was willing to pay, you would have won the item.

This is not cheating and it is unlikely that ebay will step in to ban snipe bidding.

Cheat bids

The highest bid always wins, whether it's placed manually or via a snipe site.

 

It simply means that somebody was willing to bid more than you, which is how an auction works.

All bids count up to the auction closing and you have no proof that a 'bot' was used.

 

Lost by 1p, you don't know what the winners maximum bid was.
