Bank Verification

Over a week now I’ve been waiting for my bank to be verified 0.01p has come out and gone back in and all I get from customer services is it’s my bank there waiting for. ridiculous system EBay have got set up regarding getting your OWN money. Item has been sold nearly a week and I’ve not been able to withdraw funds horrendous system. Wonder if I go shopping this week to Asda I can get everything but pay them in a weeks time.

Contact eBay Customer Services today ask if there is anything else required to verify your bank account and when can you start to withdraw payouts.  Be aware, new sellers can be subject to payout holds for up to 30 days.  This is usual.

If you do contact CS do so only very first thing this morning/ weekdays,  at 8 a.m.   or 9 a.m. on weekends, when lines for ' live agents' open and there's more chance of Dublin answering.  Only speak to them.  It's a Call Back system so you'll hear if it's ' Ireland Calling ! '

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. on weekdays

9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.

Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.

As said,  I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
