Simple Delivery For Sellers - Item Not Delivered

I sold an item and posted it using Ebay's Simple Delivery by Royal Mail  The buyer didnt receive it and it looks as if it has been delivered to a wrong address.  If Ebay decides to refund the buyer do they take the money back from me and, if so, can I claim it back from Royal Mail?

eBay will issue the refund themselves and you keep the payment.

If tracking shows delivered, no one has to refund buyer.
