I have been requesting an unused postage label for more than 20 days now, but have not received the payment till now. What can I do? How do I contact the human agent

The refund  takes at least 30 days to come through.

As you are clearly an unregistered business, private sellers don't have multiples of new items.

Upgrade to business seller,  then you choose postage, no more SD.
