Trying to revise my listing

Anyone know how I can revise my listing that was hidden by eBay due to my accidental policy violation? I've tried asking the chatbot but that was a waste of time.

There's a revise item link, top left of the listing.   If you have problems doing it end early via the dropdown menu arrow for the item on your selling list and relist with revisions.

You may have to make a new listing as sometimes revisions are not allowed, try revising first as **peaseblossom** says

Thanks, but I don't see that anywhere. I can click on a "resolve" link, which takes me to an "overview" box which has buttons that say Start appeal, End listing and Revise listing - but they're all greyed out. I would just start again from scratch but I took a lot of time getting all the info right on my initial listing, and I'd rather not go through all that again when that info's already there if I can just get to it. Infuriating.
