I cannot opt for click and collect option that is within the listing when I make seller an offer

Unfortunately, Ebay has never made C&C an option for buyers when they make sellers an offer.

Ii is just an option that is not available on the site to anybody.

You can chat live with the Ebay Community Team now (until 3pm).

Why not ask them why this has not been introduced?
