Twice i have bought designer goods which had to be ethenticated once they passed the process they were then sent out to the wrong address, meaning I lost out on the items I really wanted, got a refund but not the point! So they got sent and signed for by some else at a different address/postcode.. even though they have my own address. It is absolutely pathetic and poor from the eBay team that this could happen not only once but twice, I joined eBay back in 2008 made many purchases and sold many items. After today's unprofessionalism im now debating on closing my account....
