Cannot mark as despatched or add tracking number

Hi all, a buyer bought 2 items from me together  paying 2 postage fees. I sent 1 parcel with both items using simple delivery, however the 2nd item I am unable to mark as despatched as I get a message saying ‘this item is ineligible to mark as despatched’ eBay are pestering me to post as overdue but it’s gone and has been received by customer. I am totalling lost what to do I have tried all sorts from help but still cannot mark as despatched. Please help

Cannot mark as despatched or add tracking number

You cannot now add any new tracking,  or mark the second item as dispatched,    eBay suggest sending the buyer a message with those tracking details.  If a case is opened later for item not received,   you will be able to add those tracking details.

 

A refund is sent to whoever paid for the SD label:

 

  • If you selected 'Buyer pays’ when you created the listing, your buyer will automatically be refunded for any Simple Delivery label that isn’t used after 30 days
 
  • If you selected ‘Seller pays’ and offered free postage on your listing, you'll need to fill out the Request a refund for Simple Delivery form for the label that wasn’t used. Make sure to send your request within 14 days of your item selling.
