Hi all. I sold an item and it only let me pick standard post so clicked that. As it was a expense I used signed tracked and insured and didn't use the ebay one.

Parcel arrived and customer happy, but money is still in pending as I did not use the ebY label. How do I get it so it says delivered?

You can't change the tracking, so it won't show as delivered and you will have to wait for payment.

Simple Delivery does cover items for up to £750 and protects you if the item gets lost in the post or is damaged in transit.

You can't so payment may be held for 14 days. BTW, simple delivery covers most items up to £750 so ebay refunds for loss or damage in transit and seller keeps payment.
