Combined postage

Hello all.

I have a buyer that has bought 2 items and has paid for them separately. I am happy to combine postage, however, I am unsure how to do this as she has already paid for separate postage.

How do I do this please?

You can either cancel/refund the transactions with the buyer's agreement and relist with items on one listing and a single postage cost for the buyer to buy and pay again. 

Or send them together anyway although the second one will be untracked.    To mark dispatched you still need to generate the original prepaid label (Get prepaid label > Get prepaid label).   It will remain unused.   If the buyer paid for it they will be refunded automatically in 30 days.

Payment for the untracked item may be held for 14 days.

You can also of course make a part refund to deal with buyer’s overpayment of postage.
