I have just seen this on another forum is this correct i have seen it but never looked.
"When you go to print the label there is an option to change it to a medium parcel (free of charge). I guess that is cheaper for eBay than a surcharge as I can't think of any other reason for their generosity!"
I ask as sometimes after packing it goes slightly over the 2kg and I do not want to have the buyer paying a surcharge or have to mess about cancelling the order relisting and asking the buyer to re buy
