Automated assistant

Hi , I am trying to use the automated assistant call back , just keeps saying “we are having technical difficulties “ 

I have been trying for 2 days on both the app and online , 

is there a known problem with this feature atm ?

I haven't heard of a problem.  Have you tried from here:
