Hi my buyer who did collection says he has no email with code any ideas how to solve this

Message your buyer yo check their email messages and messages from eBay.  Explain if they could send you the numbers it will release your payout sooner for the item they collected.

If they do not oblige,  you may need to wait up to 21 days before eBay release your payout for this item.
