Anyone know how to overcome the Automated Assistant not working and just being frozen with a grey text box saying 'choose and option to continue' with no options available?
I've tried deleting all storage and cache data in both the app settings and my browser but this didn't work. I've also tried telling the agents on the phone I have technical issues but nothing ever got actioned on the problem.
It is really annoying that I have to phone every time when it's a lot easier to chat to an agent on the live chat.
I have attached a screenshot of what I am dealing with... Any help would be appreciated 👍🏻
